Thank you for visiting our site. U-Brew is a new and unique business. Each of it's 6 owners have enjoyed making wine and beer for years, and in June of 2004 decided bring the new concept to Rochester. Options are endless as far as the variety goes; not only do we sell wine & beer kits, we also offer the place to create them. No mess at home - everything you need is right here!
U-Brew also has one of Minnesota's

catalog of products that are caried in the store.

 Variety Night
As soon as a group of 5 winemakers are identified we will schedule the brew session and have the people come in to make the 3 kits of wine. The U-Brew staff will do all the racking, stabilizing and clarifying and then contact the group to come back in to bottle.
Each person will take home
6 bottles of each wine for a total of 18 bottles.
It's a great way to enjoy making wine, and having

U-Brew offers the ONLY 'brew on premise' location
in southern Minnesota, with over 7,000ft of creative
space to our disposal. Our location is a clean, safe,
and professional environment for wine and beer making,
as well as meeting new friends. Contact
